Designed to promote pride and affinity among Boulder’s residents, local businesses and organizations, I Love Boulder facilitates community unification through grassroots initiatives and events that highlight the diverse lifestyles and characteristics of our very special city.

Joining forces with I Love Boulder is fun and simple, and it will connect you or your business with a powerful community of like-minded Boulderites. Just follow the three steps below, and you‘ll be part of the team!

• If you’re an individual...

  • Show your love by sharing pictures, words and videos, and encourage your friends to do the same.
  • Grab an I Love Boulder decal and get sticky with it. Good places for our stickers include: computers, bikes, Subarus or the back of your best friend’s shirt.
  • Get creative. The I Love Boulder identity was made with you in mind, so feel free to personalize it. Then share it.
  • Plan a fundraiser, organize a block party or create a bike cruise - whatever the power of love compels you to do.

• If you’re a business...

  • Promote your business using the I Love Boulder theme.
  • Remember your employees! Leverage the concept to highlight what they love about working in Boulder.
  • If you’re a restaurant, offer a special I Love Boulder menu highlighting locally sourced ingredients.
  • Announce your support and related involvement by sending a press release to local or regional media outlets. Press release template available below.
  • Create an ‘I Love Boulder’ window display or solicit customer input about what they love about your store or retail district for use in advertising your website, social media channels or physical space.

  • Mobilize volunteers, service and supporters around the service you provide or cause you promote. Build on the enthusiasm that comes from a shared appreciation of community to build financial and volunteer resources.
  • Start an ‘I Pledge’ drive that challenges potential volunteers to give back in an effort to preserve the attributes, programs, locations, services that they love most about Boulder.
  • Use I Love Boulder as a topic in your newsletter, blog and social networking and tag accordingly. Encourage sharable responses that promote your cause or service.

The "I Love Boulder" logo was derived from nature’s most basic elemental forms, representing the natural elements omnipresent in our beautiful city. Integrating this community-owned logo into your events, programs or other projects celebrates your sense of Boulder pride, and aligns your project with other like-minded projects in the greater Boulder area.
